I took out the stupid Lead Sound Track and reuploaded Lucy.

I doubt anyone will notice, but I did and had to tweak her! Enjoy.

I've completed Lucy and added it to the Songs Directory. The Rhythm Section, Vocoder, Pads were put together in Reason and the Synths/Special Effects were recorded in Adobe Audition.

Like Zephyr, this song made me think more of a Character Ballad, so I named it Lucy. It has that same sort of Folk-Middle Eastern Influence, but was a little more complex to put together.

It's been great having the MIDI back, because using Reason allows me to save to a Flat-File instead of having to save each track to individual WAV Files. But, I've discovered that it seems to choke up after so many tracks. I know part of it is lack of memory on the PC. So, I've been working in Reason up to the point of the song becoming memory-intensive, exporting it out to WAV and finishing the song in Audition. A bit slower, but in the long run I think it makes the piece more well-rounded. I can record tracks directly from my Keyboards and add any additional Sound Effects which is kind of cool. But, I think additional RAM may need to be added in the next couple of months.

I've also been thinking about having my next PC be an Apple. I don't do much on my computer other than Music, Surf, and Blog. I have a couple PC Games I play, but mostly if I game it's on the Console. So, I'm thinking about saving up for an Apple. The Multimedia Applications are far superior and very stable. It'll be a long-term project, but will be well worth it.

**** EDIT: I've also changed Themes the Site to make the Text more readable! The Custom Theme looked neat, but Gray on Charcoal was hard on the eyes. This should be a bit cleaner.
